Terms of Service

The service

Second Rodeo is a productized Airtable implementation service operated by Lucas as a solo studio. You receive access to a client portal to submit requests, share documentation, manage billing, and collaborate on deliverables.

Work is delivered on a subscription basis at the published monthly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Membership and billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until paused or cancelled from your account. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may pause or cancel anytime. When you pause, unused time in your current billing period remains available when you resume.

I offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If it's not a good fit in your first week, you can request a 75% refund. No completed work is refunded after that window.

Requests and delivery

You may submit unlimited queued requests. We work on one active request at a time unless otherwise agreed.

Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days per request, depending on complexity and scope. Larger projects may be split into multiple requests.

We include revisions until you are satisfied with delivered work, within reasonable scope of the original request.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and timely access to Airtable bases or systems we need to complete work
• Share credentials only through the portal’s secure credential flow when possible
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms (including Airtable)
• Not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content

Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for you under your active membership are yours to use for your business once delivered and paid for, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Second Rodeo retains rights to its own tools, templates, methods, and pre-existing materials not created solely for you.

Confidentiality

We treat your business data, credentials, and internal processes as confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

You are responsible for maintaining access controls within your own Airtable workspaces and connected tools.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every integration will be compatible with future third-party changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Rodeo’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
