Second Rodeo (“we”, “us”) operates the secondrodeo.dev website and client portal. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle your information.
Information we collect
When you create an account or subscribe, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing details processed through Stripe.
When you use the portal, we store work requests, meeting notes, shared files, and metadata about credentials you choose to share through our encrypted credential flow.
We also collect standard technical data such as browser type, IP address, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Second Rodeo subscription service
- Deliver Airtable implementation work you request through the portal
- Process payments and manage your membership
- Communicate with you about your account, requests, and deliverables
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
Credentials and sensitive data
If you share API keys, passwords, or tokens through Account → Secure Credentials, the value is encrypted in your browser before it reaches our servers. We decrypt credentials only when needed to complete your work, and stored ciphertext is deleted after access or expiry.
Please do not send sensitive credentials by email, Slack, or request comments.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run Second Rodeo, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain account and billing records as long as your membership is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
Encrypted credentials are removed after they are accessed or expire. You may request account-related data deletion by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at lucas@secondrodeo.dev and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
